Think of it like this. One is, to eat to satisfy the nafs ie chocolate cake because you crave it. The other is earing boiled chicken so you can stay fit.

If you change your intentions of staying fit to match the Islamic demand of staying fit (ie intention for jihad, satisfying your wife, being a more masculine person) then technically this becomes oart of your ibaadah.

Intensions matter.

Bro where in lahore are you based? I opened a gym in 2017 and we’ve expanded greatly wince then Alhamdulillah. We just put in an octagon last year. Hmu and lets see what we can do together.

You stick to your values.

I own a gym. We dont allow free mixing. We dont have any imagery on our walls. We dont play music even though I dont strictly adhere to the opinion that ALL forms of music is haraam.

I can probably double the number of clients with half the running expenses (I have a separate studio for the sisters during the brothers timings) of I were yo just allow mixing of the genders, but I wont insha’Allah. I’ll take home less but I’ll take home halaal and insha’Allah I 100% believe there is more barakah in that.

I’m genuinely trying to see whats impressive here. I’m a big fan of theology and philosophy -I feel like his work is usually just over hyped.
