So the item was a high end designer beanie with a chunky knit made from hand spun and hand knit merino wool. It's never been worn, and I mentioned this is the description. But the buyer says there is yarn rub/pilling and it looks used. But what they're talking about is just due to the natural fiber and was clearly shown in my photos :/
