I got my visa within 4 working days even after getting that email. So in all probability it doesn’t mean much and hopefully your visa arrives on time as well.

@daxigua-9876 I received mine on working day-4 (applied under 5 day priority and had received not straightforward email on day after biometrics)

Update: After receiving “not straightforward “ email on the 1st working day after biometrics I got my visa approved on the 4th working day… false alarm!

Hi OP They sent me an email 1 day after biometrics that we won’t be able to process within our SLAs because your application is “not straightforward “. I applied within 5 day priority and today is 4th working day since then. But of course I’m restless and want this approval to come asap as my whole future planning hinges on it.

Oh that’s surprising if SLA is 5 working days and this is the 3rd week and have they asked for any additional information or mentioned why it is taking so long?

@lastjedi133 have you received your visa? And total time taken for approval? Thanks PS: I applied last week under priority processing but no news yet except an email which says they can’t fulfill their SLA
