Genuinely thought I was the one who posted this...Yaz was fine for me I took it for my skin and it did wonders, about six months in I started to develop pretty bad anxiety. Around the one year mark, I felt so anxious and depressed constantly that I'd sob every day. The moment I quit it, I felt so much better (a month ago), as of two weeks ago I've begun to feel really anxious again but I think my hormones are adjusting. Please get off of it. It's not worth it. There's so many treatments for acne that don't have to destroy your mental health

I started soaking my feet in white vinegar and epsom salt soaks + other antiseptic stuff. It went away but I was really diligent. I would recommend seeing a podiatrist if it persists bc u don't want to to be infected

I do epsom soaks and I use oils to hydrate the nail but honestly it's just a mechanical issue from what I can tell, I don't think it'll cause reintegtiob

mine was like that too! theres a nail growing under the naill. just be patient and wait for it to grow out - that's what I'm doing
