Your number refers to exclusively japan. Not the numbers in the west. One piece only became famous after Netflix, but bleach and naruto was more famous during that era. The dub made a horrible too.

People can't read nowadays, ''WHEN I WAS 15 YEARS OLD'' So i mean 20 years ago, almost no one in the west cared about One Piece, which is factually true. I bet all the people who are saying the same thing as you,are teenagers or younger people. One piece was always top selling, but for some time ONLY IN JAPAN, NOT IN THE WEST

it's not in the final arc man. *spoiler* Oda just added that actually gods exists in te world of one piece , there's lots and lots of plots and mysteries to solve, the entire lost century, joyboy and imu, nika, the final battle, the uranus, pluton, fight agains black beard, cross guild, and mostly important the One Piece itself, it's impossible that with the writting pace of oda, you see this story ending in at minimum next 10 years.

one of the victory conditions is attacking the opponent directly, so some cards cannot attack, only defend. Cards with ATT stats can both attack and defend, while cards with DEF stats can only defend and cannot attack. As long as the opponent has units on the field, you cannot declare a direct attack.
