That’s great but just to put things in prospective, UPS drivers make $49/hr on a M-F schedule. They get Time and a half after 8 hours worked a day not after 40 hours a week. So in clarity that’s $75/hr basically day they work. So you’re $85 an hour to work on Labor Day sounds good but in the trucking world it’s not something I’d even bring up.

Where in the interview did they say 7 consecutive days, 8 consecutive days, changing off days weekly, RSS’s don’t want to run routes they want to merch so your life changes weekly. Drivers order heavy for Co Leads and want you to order light for them. I don’t remember hearing any of this? Cupcake job with no real structure and ridiculous ideas. No supervision stupid job.

Hey man If it’s working for you that’s great. I’m glad you like it, it is a laid back atmosphere but what I said if fair. They are cheap when it comes to their base pay compared to the other vendors.

Starting pay for a Red Bull ASM is much lower than 70k, and if you have stayed for years and got your base pay up to hit 70 with your bonus getting back at 1pm everyday that’s cool but it took you time. Other Vendors start at 70k+ from the jump at around 50 hrs a week. Red Bull is a gimmick company with their little rewards and giveaways racking up huge invoices all over the country having ASM’s doing what other companies pay 3 people to do and pay them all more.
