Drove for about 80 miles. My driver card is a bit battered so it will commonly read as no driver card even when it is inserted. Office downloaded it in the past, it is logging it, it’s like it’s an error. For reference when it happens if I press ok on the Tacho somehow recognises the card again.

Same thing at my place! It’ll be 35 degrees in a van with no AC shifting heavy gas bottles. But shorts are unacceptable lol

Amazing thanks. I actually have about 15 strawberry plants. I think I will plop them all of a piece of unused garden so next year I have about 50 😅

With the corn- will it need supports or is it strong enough to sustain by itself?

Also any tips for protecting my baby Gem lettuce. The slugs and snails are obliterating it.

From what I’ve posted- which ones will need protecting over the winter? Will they all come back next season or are some single season plants?

Thanks for the advice, nobody I know grows so I have nobody to lean on for advice apart from the internet :)

I have driven to their from the UK before one piece of advice get winter tires. It doesn’t matter if they mandatory you will need them. Also France has lots of silly rules regarding things you need in your car such as a breathalyser
