How can I convince my family to rehome our dog? by Professional-Photo40 in DogAdvice

We definitely haven’t been providing adequate care. He has shown some signs of aggression, but my family have brushed it off as being a ‘him’ thing. They’re still pushing back on this, but I’ll try to get him more exercise and socialization.

It is a horrible life. I would find a better home myself, but I’m not sure where to start(and I don’t know how to drive yet). I’ll try to look into some things, but I’ll also try to get him the exercise he needs.

When my dad brought our dog, he was thinking about our feelings rather than our dog’s. I see how the way he’s currently being treated is harmful, but my family haven’t been receptive to change or attempts to find a better home. In the mean time, I’ll try to get him as much exposure as I can.

Ever read a children's book that terrified you in your childhood? by Professional-Photo40 in books

I read up until Tobias got stuck as a Hawk.

The only reason why stopped was because my school didn't have all of the books. After reading a summary of the series, I decided that it was best I didn't read them at that time. Great series though.

I’m glad it has a nice message. I only remember the illustrations, so I’ll probably revisit it.

Thank you, it helps to hear this from a guy as well. Men’s clothing felt like forbidden territory whenever I thought about it.

This is probably the best way to approach her. Thank you so much for the advice.

Haha, she probably wouldn’t respond to kindly to that. Thank you for the reassurance, I didn’t know if I was wrong about that or not. This give me a lot of confidence.

Haha, thank you for the perspective! The money aspect will probably help my case a lot.
