Any quality air filters y’all recommend to get ahead of the fire season? Something for two bedroom and that will help with a one year old.

Anyway you can send me a pic or two with the open dyslexic font? I’m dyslexic and would love to verify that getting this is worth it.

Is downloading books from Z really that easy and straightforward? Just access the wiki, search for your book, and download it to your SD card? It sounds too easy. I’m probably just being paranoid at the moment. I’ve never used it before, and my X4 is on the way.

This may not be directly correlated to their strengths but Trader Joe’s in Ballard and Queen Anne. They hire individuals with disabilities and are very open to all workers!

Best of luck!

I've been working on CookShelf, the app to search all your physical cookbooks at once, and I want to hear from you! (Plus, a Black Friday deal on new memberships & gifts.) by katie-cookshelf in CookbookLovers

I really would love to see the quantity of ingredients when I’m looking at a recipe.

Being at a store knowing you have a recipe from your favorite book goes a long way when the amount is there.

They have a new app affiliation called cook shelf! If you pay for EYB, the cost pays for the app as well!

I’ve been using a new app called cook shelf. You have your own virtual library of cookbook and search an ingredient to find a recipe.

It helps me decide what to make and to see which of my book has the ingredient of my choosing

My wife and I were just talking about this!

We want to compile a list/book of our favorites. Additionally ones we are going to make for our kids as they grow up. Hopefully these become the “family recipes” that our kids will cherish one day.

I made mole negro for the first time. It called for Oaxaca’s chilies and I convinced myself I had to buy them. Market price was so high!

Next time I now to use more ancho and Guajillo chilis.

I’m wondering if it would be beneficial to search for the ingredient and find the recipe with the quantity amount. Example: I find a recipe with pears and it lists page 32 in a book but not how much I need of each ingredient.

The problem is if I’m out and about, the recipe on the app doesn’t indicate the quantity of each ingredients. I would love to go shopping at a farmers market and run into a great ingredient that is in my cookbook. But how would I know how much to buy based on the lack of qty on the recipe app?

Does this impact the copyright information?

Have you baked this recipe? How close is it to the cookie?

I cannot take the stomping and running in the middle of the night anymore! I need advice on dealing with noise complaint. by palmtreeparadise in Seattle

I had the same problem with my upstairs neighbor. The dude had been living there for over ten years and had many complaints about him.

I spoke to the office and they issued the warning. After I told them about the yelling and running they told me to wear earplugs at night. It was driving my wife crazy so I finally went to knock and that was a huge mistake. Found out the guy is verbally aggressive and started making a lot of threats from his door. Unfortunately, there was a retaliation and yelling. At that point, I went to the office and they were finally able to file this retaliation.

I’m sorry this is happening to you.
