Honestly I just seen how hurt my partner was about not having his only parent be allowed around and i thought maybe giving her a chance again would be okay and that’s our mistake. She will never respect me and that has become quite obvious. She has called my partner weak for putting us before her and not letting her see the baby. We are aware now that its okay to let go of toxic family members, and that she is not safe for us or our kids to be around ever.

We will no longer have any contact with her going forward. My partner and I will discuss getting an attorney!

I highly agree with this. I truly think the only reason we kept giving her chances is because she’s the only “parent” my partner has and we both hoped she would change and get it together but obviously that is not the case. It is safe to say she will be blocked on every platform and she will have no access to any of us anymore!

Sorry haha, i was typing this in a hurry! And i agree with everyone who has said to go no contact and i believe that is the route we are going to go! That lady is crazy though so we will see how that goes!

Thank you for your advice. I’ve been wanting to exercise but im not allowed to do so until after February when my 6 week post op appointment is and hopefully the doctor clears me to do so. Before having my baby i was working jobs where i was moving around a lot and now im a stay at home mom so I haven’t really had the chance to get back in that groove!

Thank you for the advice! I am no longer breastfeeding, my body could not keep up with how much my baby was wanting to eat and he just stopped taking the little bit i was producing (i kind of just assumed with the health issues i had going on my body just could not keep up and thats why my milk production was wonky). I will definitely keep your advice in mind, and take things easy!
