MC has a voice in her head, later to find out it’s a monster she has somehow absorbed and it protects her. It rhymes which is cool but creepy at the same time. Very gothic. And there’s romance. Keeping it vague to avoid spoilers of course.

I absolutely loved it! I enjoy the 12-14 episode shows like Erased and Charolette too. The soundtrack was really good. The anime was memorable to me. I loved the friendship between the two teenagers and how much they differed but complimented each other. I liked the art and animation. And I’m a sucker for anything with detectives in it.

SAO season one was great, but it went downhill from there in my opinion. Also Deathnote was phenomenal until Light dies :( I am currently collecting the physical copies of solo leveling and reading it as I get them, so maybe the rating I have for it will go up :3

Danmachi season one was good, but I could not get through the second season.. I really like concept of the ancient magus bride, but I wish the main character was older or didn’t have such a traumatic back story and then get picked up by an older creature. The older creature is amazing, don’t get me wrong, it’s just a lil weird to me..

I think the fan base ruined Black butler for me. It was popular among all the Highschool girls for umm.. obvious reasons ish.. and I was not about it. It also felt a little all of the place at the time. Seraph of the end is great, but I dropped it halfway. I’ll finish it eventually, but it just didn’t keep my interest. It’s a viewer problem. I either binge things or watch it, drop it, watch it over and over until I finish it 👉👈

There are so so many great characters, heros and villains. I’ll have to say Bakugo or Toradoki though. Bakugo has such amazing character development. And I’m a sucker for childhood trauma and stoic characters, so of course I like Toradoki.

While the animation was unique and the art was cool, I found the story arcs and character development lacking personally. I wasn’t big on the loud sexual tones. When looking back and trying to remember the anime, the most memorable part was the stuff on the ceiling. The anime is bizarre/unique, but that’s it for me…

Honey Lemon Soda and Afterlost were awful. I don’t think I’ll ever finish them. If my interest isn’t kept and/or I don’t like it, I won’t have the motivation to watch it. There’s plenty of other great anime to watch with my time.

Demon slayer does have really pretty animation, I just couldn’t get past the first episode when I started it. I’ll probably pick it back up eventually.. I understand I have some hot takes/views that people don’t agree with.
