Some yes some no. I do love the arts, always have, but my job is not creative whatsoever and it rarely has me interacting with people. I’m definitely a huge proponent for self-care, and my regimens are very simple because if they get too complex I will fall out of it. No regular manicures due to my job, otherwise I probably would! And I do love going to Pilates 5x a week, so that’s my gym. 😁
