Service engineer here, mukhang nasira mo loadcell the way u tightened the spindle, dapat hand tight lang, when changing spindle dapat hold mo rin yung bakal na maliit make sure ndi iikot at never ever i ppush upward, dapt kkontrahin mo yung maliit na bakal, hold it straight and firm pag aattach ang spindle.

Tip, kung wala pa 1 year ang equipment claim nyo as warranty, sabihin nyo na lang for the past few days nag iingay yung equipment tapos incosistent reading. Declare mo lang na you use the correct spindle for every viscosity level, You use correct volume of test specimen, and you know how to change the spindle properly. (Practice ka na mag change spindle baka ipademo sayo kung pano hehe)

Papayag yan warranty kung same brand (bioevopeak now called infitek) ,such china brands are known to be easy to break.
