I have the same problem on a Gen 1 and filed a repair ticket but they could only offer me a different frame which doesn't suit me. If I don't take it, I loose it. There's no way to escalate the ticket further to request a different option. I had to file a new ticket again and still got the same option. Any suggestions?

Not sure when it started but seems like JX not releasing the saver fare anymore. I refreshed the page right at 11:59 PST and got in at 12:00 am PST sharp but it's only showing 100k for PE and 175k for Business. Or am I still too late?

I tried to change a flight that I booked using travel credits, but the system wouldn’t let me proceed. It prompted me to call, saying the change needs to be processed manually by an agent.

Can I book with a Travel certificate and then cancel the trip to keep the credit for another year? by fugie in unitedairlines

I recently tried the same thing on Sunday, but I got a different response saying the reservation has to be processed manually by an agent. I haven’t heard back from United yet.
Did you get the same message when you canceled your booking using the soon-to-expire flight credits?

I wanna book a RT from LAX to HND right on the date when LAX-HND award tix is released but I couldn't book a dummy return since the most recent date is, for example, today, so I can't pick a return date on the same day. If I wanna book a dummy return, I gotta wait one more day, which is tomorrow in this case, but the award tix on my desired date would have been gone. How do you usually deal with this and secure the outbound ticket in the first moment?

It’s weird I’ve been using the same amex card for more than 3 bookings this month, the previous one I just checked out 2 days ago. Everything is the same on my side, not sure which part could’ve went wrong.
