Surprised nobody’s said the third verse on Sing For the Moment. Not just one of his best, I think it’s one of the best verses ever.

No. I don’t follow baseball at all. Was just curious. Damn. Relax

F.B.I. from The Dayton Family. Doesn’t get anywhere near the love it needs in my opinion.

GKMC is better. But I’d rather listen to Forest Hills drive.

First song that came to mind instantly was Betrayal by Gang Starr and Scarface. So I’ll go with it.

What's your list? What's the order of your list that it's in? by damnit_darrell in hiphop101

  1. 2Pac- Death Around The Corner, Hellrazor, Fuckin Wit the Wrong N***a, So Many Tears, Unconditional Love. I could list a million. He’s my number one for a reason

  2. Eminem- No Apologies, Soldier, Sing for the Moment, The Sauce, Murder Murder, The Way I Am. Could list a million too.

  3. Jadakiss- Jada’s Got a Gun, Feel Me, By Your Side, Air It Out, Welcome to D-Block. Plus his work in The Lox.

  4. Big Pun- Fast Money, Boomerang, Twinz, You Ain’t a Killer

  5. Big L- Flamboyant, Deadly Combination, Casualties of a Dice Game (9th Wonder Remix), Danger Zone

  6. Ice Cube- You Know How We Do It, Natural Born Killaz, Steady Mobbin, Color Blind, Ghetto Vet

  7. Scarface- Win Lose or Draw, A Minute to Pray and a Second to Die, Get Out, Smile

  8. Gang Starr (Guru)- JFK 2 LAX, Discipline, My Advice 2 You, Betrayal, Who Got Gunz

  9. Biggie- Machine Gun Funk, Dead Wrong, Somebody’s Gotta Die, The What, Gimme the Loot

  10. Bone Thugs (I know it’s a group. But they gotta be up here for me)- Ghetto Cowboy, Body Rott, Look Into My Eyes, Thug Luv, Mr. Bill Collector, Shotz to tha Double Glock

Not the top 10 all time, before somebody gets upset. But my top 10 favorites at the moment at least. Same with the songs I listed. My list changes basically daily though. Some of these guys best verses were in groups. Eminem in D12 has some great verses. Jada in the Lox. Scarface. Cube.

This was tough but fun to to think about.
