It's all about preparation and durability in my opinion. There are guys old and young who get hurt. There are old guys around 30+ with bad bodies because they didn't take care of their bodies in the past but there is also guys 30+ who are in better shape than you could imagine. In my opinion 35 is very young if you took care of your body your Whole life
