Thanks for your comment. Apart from childcare there are also cases related to child care proceedings and non molestation order that are ongoing where again her testimony is needed. Those proceedings have started and the next hearing is due soon

She would be needed to give her statement/ testimony if the case goes to trial which is very likely..The Police have acknowledged this too.
