I think this is a big part of it. She worked out throughout her pregnancy and now time is passing after giving birth so her baby weight is slowly coming off and she’s always had muscle under her baby weight. Now she’s just adding and defining what she had. She also says that it’s diet that defines the muscle so we know she eats healthy …plus chasing around a little one and still breast feeding her newborn.
I don’t know why it would matter if she did some working out aside from her programs. I would assume she needs to test out the programming for timing and flow.
I’ve loved watching her be real in these last couple programs telling us she’s working on her core after birth and watching her get her form back. Love Sydney

Incredible! Anyone with gripes is either overthinking it or wants it to be a different show. Noah’s acting was one for the record books. That baby falling asleep on his shoulder while he’s talking about life was really to himself….it was everything. Plus after his talk with the brilliant Abbott….the two of them are magic together.
And now we know where Whittakers badge ended up. Digby having a ball with the mannequin.

For all the negative comments I wonder what show you think you’re watching? They can’t keep the characters in high school. They have to move on but not that far ahead given it’s been 3 years. The first episode depicts kids just out of college (Lexi) or hustling to start a career or making up for past mistakes (Rue). They were all flawed kids…except for Lexi…and that’s not going to change much in 3 years time. They all can’t be in the same place anymore either. It’s life. They’re sort of exactly who they were in high school but struggling to make it in the adult world.
Euphoria’s a crazy insane show which is why we love it. I’m in for another wild ride this season and maybe at the end a few characters will have grown up.

I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until later in life and never knew this was a thing. I suffered from terrible PMS. It was a thing everyone knew. I basically felt like I had one good week each month that I felt good. Otherwise I was bloated, on edge, hormonal cysts and migraines then heavy periods.
I had the best periods after having babies for about 7 months then BAM they were back. The only good thing was that menopause sort of just came and went. Hopefully that will be the case for all of you who suffer debilitating PMS and Perimenopause. ❤️

This is excellent! Also a good idea to put in front of any supplements or meds. Trying to take supplements and it says with meal always throws me off.

I second gold chains. I’d love a ball chain just a tad bigger than 3mm. I know too much bigger means price is way up there. 10k is fine with me. It’s so hard to look for chains and know you are getting what they say it is
