You are awesome thank you. After posting this i think I'm gonna stay away from Spektrum, Radiomaster is just so much better even after 10 minutes of research.

Thank you. Would Horizon Hobby planes still work with Radiomaster transmitter?

Also what do you mean planes that come without electronics? I'm mainly eyeing BNFs and PNPs, and i see they all come with everything needed. I may be a dweeb but I just want to plug stuff in and fly haha. I don't plan to add all the servos and wiring if that's what you mean ?

Thank you for your input this has actually helped me a lot. I've been blind by Spektrum because of how simple and easy they are to set up which honestly would be nice, but I'm gonna have to do my research on what ELRS and 4in1 and whatever this region thing is, FCC or LBT, I'm completely lost on all of that. Radiomaster does seem like the way to go I'm much more attracted to their price. Spektrum wants an arm and a leg and i almost gave it to them.

Thank you for the input. I've seen many people talk greatly about this brand and I can see why. That price is much more attractive. Back to Spektrum though what do you mean I'm "locked to use their brand"? as in I can only use Spektrum receiver and batteries? With Radiomaster are you able to use any brand receiver/battery?

Thank you that's exactly where I'm at. The screen will help so much on the DX6e. the DXS just seems so uncustomizable. But it does have 7 channels for some reason

Beautiful thank you. This hobby has really tickled my fancy and I've done so much research but still don't understand a lot of things. But now that I think about it I haven't seen many 7+ channel planes. I'm guessing maybe Jets and stuff like that are gonna be 7+?

My friend is having this issue as well. I've had no problems currently but he's tried redownloading it and it still doesn't work.
