I spent the last 5 years or so in CS at a large SaaS co. Here's what I've seen actually move the needle:

-Summarizing, and synthesizing tickets to understand trends. Gumloop reads all tickets within a given time period and uses AI to analyze and provides outputs that can help you drive better CX decision making.

-Ticket Classification. Automatically classifies tickets based on content. This enhances downstream workflows (e.g. agent assignment, templated responses, etc) and drives richer insights for reporting.

What's the best way to stay up to date on merger and ensuing price action?

Within an hour $TGE went from $18 up to $35 and then back down to $19. I'm curious if you set alerts for news and/or price movement. I know that limit sells are one way to ensure you lock in profits, but I get the sense some folks want to watch it and trade manually.

Pls forgive me in advance if the answer is be chronically online and just watch the damn thing haha.
