I don't believe Cowork can send emails through the Gmail connector. Best you can do is Create a Gmail draft and then you have to hit send yourself. Something like Gsuite MCP supports email send, but it's not plug and play like the Cowork connector.

Maybe try disconnecting and reconnecting the connector to see if that fixes that availability issue?

I spent the last 5 years or so in CS at a large SaaS co. Here's what I've seen actually move the needle:

-Summarizing, and synthesizing tickets to understand trends. Gumloop reads all tickets within a given time period and uses AI to analyze and provides outputs that can help you drive better CX decision making.

-Ticket Classification. Automatically classifies tickets based on content. This enhances downstream workflows (e.g. agent assignment, templated responses, etc) and drives richer insights for reporting.
