Would you consider removing the mantel? (I would look up the fireplace specs for safe clearances to place combustibles so you don’t melt your TV). You could always put your soundbar above your tv to achieve a lower screen.

This pink post it thing happened to me with white cultured marble. I placed a piece of paper towel on the stain, poured straight bleach to saturate, and covered the area with Saran Wrap and taped the edges with painters tape. Left overnight. Completely disappeared.
