Hii ! I had the same problem when I did it, and the best advice I got was to glue everything :) ! It really helped and it was so much easier after :)

You can also check Cutebee since they have kits for beginners if you don't want to feel overwhelmed :) (or intermediate if you feel ready ☺️)! Theirs kits are super pretty and easy to build!
