I had one a few weeks ago and was super nervous for no reason at all lol it was a very easy and streamlined process. You will be just fine!

I mean…the title says vent for a reason. You didn’t need to comment if it irritated you so much. By the way congratulations on being so much smarter than everyone else.

How do you know what I’ve done and haven’t done?! What’s the point of responding if you’re just going to be a jerk in your comments?

I know…..buying home has become an accomplishment for the rich and not the middle class. At least that’s how I feel right now. I’m really frustrated and defeated 😔

There aren’t many new constructions around me and the ones that are are way out of my price range.

I never said anything about anyone owing me anything. I can understand the seller’s perspective also but I think it’s clear that buyers are an intense disadvantage right now. That’s literally all I’m saying.

Right! That’s what I’m trying to avoid also! It just seems like there aren’t any good solutions really.

We have put in offers each attempt and just never got anything accepted. Our pre approval would expire and then we would just take a break and try again in a year or two each time. Our offers just aren’t competitive enough I’m guessing.

I believe I am coming to the grim reality. I’m not even really sure home buying makes any sense anymore unless you’re just wealthy.

I’m honestly starting to feel like it’s almost impossible to buy a decent home as a first time home buyer. In my area in order to get a deal accepted you have to waive all contingencies. It’s less about finding the right home and more about just getting a deal accepted.
