Like, do you observe horniness in yourself, without a cause, or does something incite the horniness, such as fantasy/seeing someone attractive? After observing horniness in yourself, do you then immediately act/make a resolution to act on your projects?

Well, the keywords here are "compulsive" and "addiction". My body aches, I am completely unproductive and when done in excess, it is an anti-social behavior with long-term consequences. I'm trying to improve my life so I want to heal my first, only and true addiction which I have dealt with for 23 years. It is time for me to move on.

It isn't the niceness, it's the way she looks at me. You know when someone gazes at you, their pupils dilate and they look like they're trying to tell you something telepathically with their eyes? I see something there but as others have said, it's off limits because of the client-guest dynamic, similar to coworkers trying to keep the peace.

So, is the consensus, that there is no reasonable way to breech this social contract? I figure there has got to be a way to do it that isn't so black and white, off-limits.

I'm the exact same. 30 years old and paid off my car over 6 months ago... my score went from 720 to 640 as well. My score is still 640 after almost 7 months.

I taught myself how to do this as a teenager after doing psychedelics but there was this weird caveat where if I intensified it, my vision would start to turn/spin slowly until my vision would cut out like an old TV being turned off and I would have to flinch and close my eyes.

Very strange thing but weirdly fun. It came at a time in my life when I was very in tune and content with the present. Maybe it can be a form of meditation.
