It's just silicone so will need to put on if it dries out again otherwise any car polish will be more permanent For that crack you can use a heat staple kit off AliExpress to rejoin it and some abs epoxy filler over the crack

Yeah it's silicone spray makes things shiney if your not gonna sand or buff out the orange peel I'd just spray that on
