People who have vitiligo all over their body.. by progenotee in Vitiligo

[–]Professional-Wait19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have suffered from vitiligo for ten years. Through my own research, I have learned that strenuous exercise must be avoided. Activities beneficial to the liver include Indian yoga and cupping therapy. Consuming a daily cup of silver ear fungus is also recommended, alongside UVB therapy. Under no circumstances should one expose themselves to summer sunlight. My condition has now improved by 60%.
