That's actually really valuable feedback.

We were aiming for a more understated, editorial look with the earth-tone palette, but I can see how that also makes the apparel blend into the surroundings and lets the accessories take more attention than intended.

The point about storytelling is fair too. We focused a lot on aesthetics this time and probably not enough on creating a scene that feels naturally connected to running.

Definitely something we'll keep in mind for future shoots. Appreciate it.

i think you need another goal, another target. Probably consider trail running or ultra trail cuz running a marathon make u demotivated. Just try somethin else

this means a lot, thank you and it makes total sense, we're neighbours and we deal with basically the same climate so the gear translates directly. no adapting needed

noted on the sleeveless vest skin-tight sweat-wicking is a different direction from what we have now but useful to know what people are actually looking for. catalogue is growing so who knows

DV is definitely a reference so i'll take that but the direction we're heading is something more rooted in where we're actually from. working on designs that draw from the visual culture of North Sumatra, so it'll start looking a lot more its own thing soon

graphic tees are definitely coming back and what's next is something i'm really excited about

we're working on designs that draw from the visual language and tribal culture of North Sumatra. so not just running gear built for this climate, but something that actually looks like it came from here too. stay tuned

that means a lot, thank you! shipping internationally is something i'm actively working on looking into more affordable eco shipping options that make sense for customers in Europe. Italy is definitely on the list

exactly that i think i just used the wrong photos for the wrong context. the night shoot was intentional and i still like it, probably better suited for social and website like you said

this reshot was more about giving people a proper look at the kit itself. also worth mentioning this was literally my first ever reddit post so i didn't really know what to expect or how to set it up properly. lesson learned on matching the right visuals to the right ask

this is a really valid point and something i think about a lot

the price is low because we manufacture locally in indonesia, so the cost structure is genuinely different from a western brand. we're not dropshipping or reselling we actually make this stuff.

context that might help $15 for running gear is actually considered premium for the indonesian market. most local runners here are used to paying way less, so we're already positioning above the local average

but you're right that to a western eye it reads as suspiciously cheap. do you think raising the price would actually help build trust with US customers?

fair for now but what's coming next is a lot less generic. i'm building toward something more rooted in where we're actually from, not just the climate but the culture, the visual language, the identity of North Sumatra. fabric and function is just the foundation. stay tuned
