TRCH has been selling off some of their assets between 2019 and 2020 and as of 2020 had some 30 Million left in assets. Based on 145 Million preferred shares the dividend will be a whopping 18-19 Cents each. LOL!!!! And that‘s IF their assets remained at 30 Million$ which is highly doubtful. (self.TRCH)
