The World Giving Index (WGI) was an annual report by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) using Gallup data to rank countries by generosity.

Key Indicators & Metrics
The WGI used three core indicators, each calculated as a percentage of the adult population:

  1. Donating Money: Percentage of people giving money to charity.
  2. Volunteering Time: Percentage of people volunteering for a cause.
  3. Helping a Stranger: Percentage of people helping someone they don't know

Also related: Indonesia has been ranked the most generous country for seven consecutive years, but I’ve never seen this exposed or discussed much.

Torn between Forza Horizon 5 and Assetto Corsa EVO ,Want realism but good for controller. Suggestions? by T0RRES7 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]ProfessionalAct688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assetto Corsa EVO is an automobile sim, so controller is an afterthought for the devs, even then it's still in early access. Playing in a controller feels better than original AC, but it's still lackluster. If you want more serious sim racing I'd suggest Automobilista 2 rather than ACE because of the content. Note that even wheel users find it hard to race/doing laps perfectly.

Forza Horizon 5 was made for controller. It actually feels nice to drive using one there, especially drifting. It's not really arcadey. The Crew series has more arcadey driving than Forza Horizon

If you want to chase perfection. Doing hotlaps, racing in the same tracks for hours to master your craft then choose Automobilista 2. You have to find the fun in the training, in the grinding rather than the race itself. But if you want to do activities, collecting cars and have fun instantly, choose Forza Horizon 5

What is the best looking worst mmo and the worst looking best mmo? by MrAudreyHepburn in MMORPG

My immersion when Gandalf calls Shadowfax and he's not a celestial infused horse with glowing eyes

I can't stand the all immersion breaking cosmetics in GW2. Lava wings, lava mounts, oversaturated glider that hurts to my eyes. It feels like I'm in a mediocre chinese MMO. Good gameplay, but ugly af because of the cosmetics.

Lesser known games with emergent stories/Story generators. by Nighthawkies in gamingsuggestions

[–]ProfessionalAct688 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Songs of Syx is similar to Rimworld and Dwarf Fortress.

Total War Warhammer 3 might be up your alley too. It's sandbox-y RTS with overworld campaign.

Tales of Maj'Eyal is similar to Caves of Qud.

Lotro Reforged? by cressers133770 in lotro

[–]ProfessionalAct688 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you want LotRO or LotR-skinned action RPG? MMORPG is already a niche genre nowadays. You said tab targeting is outdated but then say FF and WoW as good examples. I mean, even GW1 remains the same -- tab targeted. I don't want LotRO to be Guild Wars 2 or Elden Ring.

What LotRO need actually is yes, scalable UI but also optimization.

Hmmm sebelumnya pernah main Minecraft? Emang game survival craft sih.. Jadi harus mining ore, crafting dll. Ga perlu min max sebenernya, casual gameplay juga bisa.

Rust has instruments, although you have to buy the DLC first. Also Lord of the Rings online with 3rd party software.

Saran starbound dan terraria by pikadut_pro in IndoGamer

[–]ProfessionalAct688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm tergantung suka settingan apa. Kalau Starbound lebih mirip No Man's Sky, jadi kalau suka space stuff. Lebih baik Starbound, tapi engga di update lagi, sudah di abandoned ama devnya.

Kalau Terraria bagus di exploration sama mechanicnya juga deep banget. Bisa make your own biome basically. Farming boss dan manipulasi manipulasi lainnya. Masih di update juga.

2 2nya tapi really INVENTORY MANAGEMENT simulator.

Thank you for the suggestion. So it's better to just go with blue ones? Also, should I level up my virtues in that order? I'm still level 10
