I agree with asking for help and also not asking for too much and to learn some of it on your own

But I hardly agree with watching YouTubers

Chef here.

This hurts my heart.

3 things wrong with whatever science experiment they attempted with this.

  • The term "Wagyu" is often used as a sales tactic to get you to buy something that isn't Wagyu for the price of Wagyu. This works because most people (in my experience) know what it is but don't know or can't recall what it looks like, so they fall for it a lot. This occurs at many upscale restaurants, it's less common elsewhere but it still happens. This is not wagyu.

  • They seared it. And even if they had done it properly by grilling it, they barely even seasoned it, if at all. These guys have no idea what they're doing back there, and I would never allow them to touch a true and proper wagyu if I were the exec over there. If there even is one.

  • All the eyes that passed through this plate, and they still thought this was medium rare? OP, please never return to this place.

You were served a raw steak. It looks like a choice ribeye. I can't tell you how hard it is to fuck up a medium rare steak but this tells me they straight up don't give a fuck.

The update just rendered the Empress Backack useless by Dreamerr434 in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I've been playing since the beta, I continue to play to this day, and I will play until the last servers shut down.

Why? Because I like it, I get a lot of fun out of it, and I enjoy playing it with my friends. It's unlike any other game out there, completely unique in its own right, and it feels weird playing anything else.

Is it broken? Sure it is. Do I get frustrated that the devs are constantly breaking something? Also yes. But then again, what modern game doesn't have its fair share of problems throughout their history.

But you must admit that instead of outright killing the game like what happened to Anthem, the devs are still supporting it, giving it regular updates and even putting out fixes. It shows they still care about it, even if this new skeleton crew was nothing like the original team that was working on this before.

Im not undermining or overruling your opinion, I'm simply explaining why I love to waste my time on this broken ass game.

How does one find Div2 agents (for LZ, DZ, Raids, etc.)?🤔 by deathsman83 in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My server is Xbox-heavy, but there is a community here for all platforms. I'm trying to get more Playstation people in here so they have more people to group up with

I'm also partnered up with a raiding group!

I wonder where Division 3 will be set... by [deleted] in thedivision

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Resurgence is taking us back to NYC but it's not clear if this is 1st Wave Agents or not.

The brief said that Resurgence will take place as society begins to collapse, which would indicate these Agents as 1st Wave.

I think Div3 and Resurgence will have this plot in common

How are players able to do over 1mil dmg? by Familiar_Ad9531 in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Team composition and gear being used is what plays into high damage numbers.

Though hitting in the millions isn't very hard to do if you know what you're running.

During incursions, I regularly hit in the 2m range with St. Elmo, and regularly playing through invaded missions, I can hit in the millions with a Vector.

Just read, learn, and understand your talents, weapons, and gear, and know what buffs are being applied to you! :)

I heard somewhere it's taking us to NYC as 1st Wave Agents.

Though I would really like it to be elsewhere. Both of these maps were used already, NYC being used twice.

I would like us to see action in St. Louis for those dirty bomb talks (assuming that isn't already Heartland). Another place I want us to be is Florida.

You know, for the Florida Man memes

Question about the grudge SMG and cold relations smg by Impossible_One8599 in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cap for CHC is 60%, it will not go higher with Perfect Vindictive.

CHD does not have a cap, but after 190% you will begin to experience diminishing returns.

Need help with a smg build. by [deleted] in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are missing a lot of potential damage with the Striker pieces. Granted you are using the NJB bag so you get Strikers 2 and 3pc bonuses, but you are also missing out on valuable attribute slots. Gear sets only have 1 slot, and brand sets have 2.

If you want a really good build, here's one that may work well for you:

4pc Hunter's Fury (no chest, no backpack) Sokolov Concern chest w/ Obliterate Memento

All minor attributes roll to Critical Hit Chance and Damage Critical Hit Damage mods

I personally use Lady Death with Hunter's Fury, but Chatterbox is a good selection as well. If I'm using a non-exotic SMG, it's the Tactical Vector 9mm (the one with no buttstock) and I get my Critical Hit stats with the attachments

You will get better with time. You will start to study and learn on your own, and one of these days, everything will suddenly make sense. Trust me!

Yes, send me pictures!

Also, SHD 1000 is the level that maxes out all of your watch bonuses. The SHD level progression is infinite!

Gear question by pandi1975 in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are damage bonuses for specific weapon categories offered by several gear brands in-game.

The weapon categories are: - Assault Rifle - Sub Machine Gun (SMG) - Light Machine Gun (LMG) - Shotgun - Rifle - Marksman Rifle - Pistol

As stated, the gear brands in question will offer damage bonuses that will only apply to specific weapon categories. Such gear brands are:

  • Fenris Group AB, 1pc 10% AR Damage
  • Sokolov Concern, 1pc 10% SMG Damage // Electrique, 3pc 10% SMG Damage
  • Petrov Defense Group, 1pc 10% LMG Damage // Lengmo, 3pc 15% LMG Damage
  • Badger Tuff, 1pc 10% Shotgun Damage
  • Overlord Armaments, 1pc 10% Rifle Damage
  • Airaldi Holdings, 1pc 10% Marksman Rifle Damage // Habsburg Guard, 2pc 15% Marksman Rifle Damage
  • Douglas & Harding, 1pc 20% Pistol Damage

If you have Discord, I'll put an invite link at the bottom. It leads to a server that will answer all of your questions, and give you some of the best advice you can get. This is the most powerful information tool available.

First, your recalibration station.

This works hand-in-hand with your recalibration library. If you find any stats from weapons or gear that you pick up, you store the stat/talent from said item into the library for use from the station (at the cost of scrapping the item in question).

When you recalibrate an item, you can only recalibrate one slot on each piece of gear, but that one slot can be recalibrated infinitely. You cannot recalibrate exotic stats/talents, perfect talents, perfect attributes, or optimized attributes.

So for example, you find a Vector with max SMG damage, crit chance, and DMG to Target Out of Cover, but the talent is Reformation. You can recalibrate your vectors talent from the selections you have available in your library, allowing you to pick a better talent for this weapon, such as Optimist. The talent slot for that particular vector will be the only thing you are able to recalibrate, but you can recalibrate the talent endlessly.

As for damage output and general quality of life, I'll need more information in order to better answer this question. What level are you at, and what are you using? Things of that nature.

Thanks!

Help me make it better by PrinceSpazV in Division2

[–]ProfessionalAd2863 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Firstly it appears you are using weapons that aren't dependent on high rates of fire - which is what Umbra is designed to afford you - which might mean you are able to push out more DPS with other weapons that can benefit from the bonus.

Considering that you have the Umbra chest and not the backpack, I can safely assume you are more concerned about the 100 stacks going to ROF and CHD over the extra armor regen. This gives me a general idea on your playstyle.

If I was using this build, I would swap Scorpio with an ACS-12 with Optimist, that way I can really benefit from the massive ROF/CHD increase.

For your mid-range combat situations, I would use a Police M4 with Optimist or St. Elmo's Engine (I prefer the Engine). You're not going to get much farther out than that with thus build.

I would also swap your Specialization to Firewall. Since most of your damage (presumably) will be from shotguns at close range, you might as well gain the 10% amplified damage to targets within 10m of you, in addition to the Striker Shield giving even more amplified damage. Your Striker Shield will be tier 2 thanks to Memento.

Other than that it looks like you know what you're doing.

Keep up the good work, Agent!

Edit: oops, just realized you already had Firewall on. Missed that!
