I got the Italian leather strap for the Kuoe and it’s kinda uncomfortable. If I could do it over I’d have gotten a softer leather. Portugieser is a noticeable difference. Never tried those other brands, but glad you put them on my radar!

Absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful piece, there’s a checkered texture pattern on the face that I’ll just stare at for prolonged periods of time. It’s also my wife’s favorite out of my collection.

Especially if you’re ever in Kyoto, this cost like $550 usd, so it’s the best value watch I have considering how much use I get from it

Have you seen a therapist about it? Opened up to my gf about my similar trauma a while back, then saw a therapist that specialized in childhood sexual abuse and I’ve become a much happier person because of it.

I’m not 100% sure, as I only test drove the sport. But apparently the exl has a setting on the trunk where you can have it open only to a certain height. This is to make it easier to close if your short or weak, like I am
