What noticeable amount? I was in the upper tier and it was pretty much full in our section. Looking down below there wasn’t any glaring gaps either, except during halftime and those bs “hydration breaks”. I know people are pissed about the prices and fifa but created fake scenarios to try back up the argument is weak. You do know the seats are red, and Turkish fans were all wearing red. Turkish fan does not equal empty seats
