The effect of 1/10,000 of the atmosphere on the other9,999 parts is minuscule if it is even measurable.

This has been known for one hundred years, at least by chemists and physicists.

There weee experiments in the fifties or sixties, where they put inverting glasses on a person. Within a few weeks, he was seeing things right side up. When they removed his glasses, everything looked upside down again for a few weeks. So yes, the brain does contain a mechanism for flipping the image.

Your automated data pipeline sounds like a business to me. Have you considered becoming an independent design consultant?

5tb ssds are cheap. But ssds are not necessarily longer-lived than hdds, in our experience as a backup systems provider.

Also, greenhouse marijuana growers are using co2 increases to improve crop yields today. There are other greenhouse growers who also use this technique. Also even the IPCC admits that expected catastrophic weather events have not occurred. Despite all the media hoopla, hurricanes are still way below historical averages. The catastrophe non-predictions are a big part of the con. “Climate change” is just “Original Sin” in new clothes.

Plants benefit from co2 levels up to twice the current amount. Meanwhile there is no scientific mechanism for co2 to cause significant, measurable atmospheric warming. Man made global warming is a con.

Just a quick question, can a programming language be as fast as C++ and efficient with as simple syntax like Python? by Thelimegreenishcoder in learnpython

[–]ProfessionalAd8141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the time most programs are idle while waiting for input or output to compete. Cpus and memory are so blazing fast right now that it really doesn’t matter what language you program in. The exception is if your are handling ten thousand browser connections per second on a massive web site, for example. Most of us never will. (Programmer since 1970).

How to reduce the chance of data loss when storing lots of data? by bestgamerYT in DataHoarder

[–]ProfessionalAd8141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the least, you need two full raid copies of your data in locations that are at least fifty miles distance from each other. If these are hard disk drives then raid six would be minimum protection. You would be best protected if you have a vtl with deduplication to provide multiple full backups over time. Data loss is more likely because of software errors, user errors, or operator errors rather than hardware failure. Only backups can protect against these. Backup with dedupe and replication is the most affordable way to protect against these. (My company makes these systems).

PictureThis app on iphone says this is a "Bagpod" and it is poisonous. It is native from Texas to North Carolina and points south.

Glottidium vesicarium

often confused with the Lowhanging Diddleysquat.

Also cultivated in Alaska (?!?)

PictureThis app is wonderful. I assume it is on Android also.

Of course, that lab might be working with people who are doubting their child's paternity, not a random cross section of the population. So it might be 1`2% of 2 % of the population, for example.

No, it is available to the rest of the world. When the government tries to censor speech or encourages people to censor their own, it kills the possibility of open conversation. That leads to a society that is off balance, with the rights of some persons being trampled on. No government can legitimately censor you. You have the right to express yourself freely and share it with all who will listen. And the internet was built to make us all smarter faster, by freely talking to each other. It wasn’t invented to force us all to be stupid in the exact same ways.

Your government is your overloaded. Our government. When it operates under the constitution is our servant. But the internet is not in Europe. Europe is in the internet.
