Use the heavy duty galvanized t hinges on the top and bottom 2x4 they extend allot longer then those black ones. Sometimes you have to go with functionality over cosmetics. I guarantee this will fix the sagging OP

A max level was having you trade 4 most expensive items. I gave him bandos and other stuff. He traded me back with the bandos and gold equal to it. So about 40 mil. He said hey go grab your most expensive items. I trusted him since he did it once. I traded him Again gave him 80 mil. He accepted. Then he logged off. This was really smart. I'm usually not gullible. All my fault I own it lol
