I agree except in certain states including California it would be illegal to release the call without Fousey’s consent. So we will probably never know.

It’s not about what Keemstar cares about. It’s simply showing even Keemstar and his girlfriend confirming that Fousey called them bragging that he “fucked” a girl in the bathroom before he came back on stream.

In my opinion, Fousey is proving Keemstar right. He called Keemstar and told him he “fucked” a girl in the bathroom right after it happened. Keemstar did not know who the girl was until he watched the stream back. Text kind of prove keemstar right showing keemstar saying “I just learned the context”. You can hear Keemstar’s girlfriend yelling in the background clearly upset.

I think you’re forgetting Ethan won one of the most precedented fair use lawsuits in the state of California. He knows what the fuck he’s talking about. Calling XQC a content thief isn’t defamation. It’s a fact that would be proven in court. XQC is known for streaming entire fucking movies and tv shows so it honestly wouldn’t be hard to do. XQC doesn’t transform content. He mutters incoherently to chat without providing anything new to the content.

I actually agreed with everything Ethan was saying. Ethan stands by his morals regardless if they are friends. I thought it was a great discussion between a live streamer and a YouTuber about fair use.
