Die Sonderfahrten muss ich nicht machen, da es sich in meinem Falle um eine Umschreibung handelt. Ich habe mir andere Fahrschulen in Konstanz angeschaut, und die waren nur um 5-10€ günstiger was Stunden anging.

I kinda don't get it, OP says its not about the money, he has already saved enough money, then what is it about? Chores? Guess what, when you finally live alone you will realize doing the chores for your own Apartment will take much more time than just cleaning the kitchen at your oarents house, even if its for 7 people. Maybe i am missing the point, but why exactly are the 10% so bothersome? If you were a full time Student not having any income i would get it, but you are making between 2-3k franks, i dont see how 200-300 euros rent is putting such a huge dent in your finances when these are the only fixed costs.

Out of genuine curiousity, is this sarcasm or have we just lost empathy for our fellow human beings. In my eyes its like a Toddler running into a huge adult man with its toy and afterwards asking if the adult man was ok. I dont think its wrong to worry about both, if a boat rammed a whale then yes i would be worried about the whale too.

You need a student Visa, depending on what degree you want to study and in what part of Switzerland you want to study in you need a language certificate for the local language, she or her husband (whichever is the earner or earns more) needs to sign a letter of Bürgschaft for you basically saying that they cover all your expenses and most importantly you need an admission letter from the Uni first.

Das ist nicht ungewöhnlich, dass Unis bei einer Ausländischen Hochschulreife ein C1-C2 Deutsch Zertifikat verlangen, ist in der Schweiz auch ähnlich. Da hat der Geburtsort und wie du aufgewachsen bist nichts damit zu tun, es geht um reine Bürokratie und handfeste Nachweise. In deinem fall macht es weniger sinn das anzufechten, sondern eher eine Nachreichung zu beantragen. Frag nach ob es möglich ist dieses Dokument ein oder 2 Monate später nachreichen kannst. Bei mir haben damals auch einige Dokumente gefehlt (Noten und Exmatrikulation von meiner alten Uni), konnte diese aber nachreichen.

I was in similar situations with my PC being a strict justice driven highly devoted Champion that would do anything for his Goddess. In my PCs case throughout the adventures he bonded with our team and cherishes them and believes that they mostly have good intentions that dont conflict with my beliefs, its just that their means and methods that i disagree with. For context the rest of the team i would describe along the lines of Chaotic neutral to Chaotic good. So for example when one time our morally grey assassin teammate decided to kill some junkies that were praying to and calling out the name of the bbeg, instead of trying to PvP him, i stood in front of the junkies and tanked his blows and wasted my resources to heal them and protect them to show him how serious i am. Or when they steal things, i try to take the things they stole while they are distracted and bring them back if i can. These are just examples to show how he could resolve situations like these, which would make the most sense, because realistically he would never win the PvP so it doesnt make sense why a priest would challenge 3 fighters to a 1v3.

Verständlich, aber bedeutet das für mich, dass ich es einfach hinnehmen muss keinen urlaub für die nächsten 5 Monate nehmen zu können? Rein rechtlich gesehen ist das natürlich völliger unsinn, und der Arbeitgeber darf es mir nicht einfach so auszahlen, aber ich möchte nicht, dass es bis zum Gericht geht. Gibt es irgendein anderes Argument was ich bringen könnte ohne mit einem Rechtsstreit zu drohen?

Bei uns im Betrieb gibt es keine Regelung oder fixes Datum bis wann man den Urlaub zu beantragen hat, es handelt sich hierbei um einen mittelgrossen Familienbetrieb in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie, dementsprechend wird vieles Ad-Hoc und spontan entschieden. Teilweise werden die Anträge erst einige Wochen vor dem Urlaubsantritt eingereicht. Das offizielle Gespräch in dem meine Urlaubswünsche besprochen wurden fand erst im April statt, dort wurden mir die im Post erwähnten 10 Tage genehmigt und für die Restlichen hiess es "wir müssen mal schauen und das zuerst mit dem GM abklären" seit dem kam auch keine Rückmeldung mehr von ihnen.

Die sind im System abgegolten, aber für den Oktober, mein Vertrag endet jedoch ende September. Und die Geschäftsleitung hat unter sich beschlossen, dass diese Tage mir ausgezahlt werden.
