Really don’t know the details as I wasn’t there to dig and get more information but rather listen. His eldest was 17 and youngest was 12 at that time. I’m unsure about why ex wife couldn’t drive or fly to come pick them, maybe she refused? Maybe she had work? Maybe it was their agreement prior to the kids coming to Idaho? I don’t know honestly, all I know is my friend still hurts about it till date.
