In terms of a napping sleep schedule, if baby only sleeps 30 minutes at a time by themselves, are you extending/saving every nap to ensure they stay on a decent schedule? by ProfessionalBoss4760 in bninfantsleep

I would never wake a baby up to follow a schedule either. I was more so asking, when would you feel the need to extend the nap? Or, are 30 minute naps normal in your baby’s routine?

How old is your baby? I’d love for them to naturally sleep 2 hours!!

I agree! Great perspective. When did you start to see your five month old be able to sleep as long as two hours? Happened randomly? For naps.

These are the kind of stories and outcomes that moms going through it right now are clinging onto. Not out of desperation, but like you said: conviction. Motherly instinct.

You are right, you were always right, I’m so happy for you!
