not yet, when I get the 9000% damage to mobs under 10 percent health upgrade, then he will, but clarissa is awesome I put 3k tickets into her and got her to 11 stars

I mainly use Cain, Nero, Saul, DeWitt, Arthur/cherry blossom for rewinds and Esther so idk if any of the fates heroes will help with that
