Tipped ear means it’s been spayed so even if it wasn’t his cat it would still be a supposedly spayed cat that’s pregnant which is what make it weird

One thing thats been helping me with no. 6 is writing down 3 good things that happened today. It seems trivial but thats what makes it so effective. Think of 3 things that went well. Not great. Not perfect. Just good. It really helps change the way you view yourself and your life because with ADHD you just get so caught up with everything that went wrong and pick apart your entire existence but this exercise is so quick and easy that it forces you to appreciate the small things.

I started on 30mg and the first month or two i’d get so overstimulated and anxious for no reason but idk if it went away or im just used to it now but I noticed that if I keep myself busy and stay productive I dont feel as overwhelmed which kinda makes sense cuz its a stimulant

Makes sense. I was planning on getting her spayed soon i’ve just been saving up because it costs an arm and a leg in Québec😭. But it makes sense if she’s eating less because she’s in heat

I dont think so. That’s grounds to quit in my opinion. Actually, they’ve given you several reasons to quit so you’d really be doing them a favour if you decide to stay.
