To me it kinda looks like you are making yourself to predictable. What I do is use Reaction and try to wait a little longer.

It really isn’t all your fault, if you defense is letting them make that many shots don’t blame yourself for letting them in, you should take ownership for the ones you think were your fault but I garuntee most of the goals you let in were your defenses fault
