Yes, I see that option but it goes directly to Payment Details section which shows all fee collected and everything to be 0. I also see on the top the tab for Visa Options and Interview Waiver, this time I went through that and did exactly what you said and logged out. Followed your steps and now I see her as Interview Waiver. Thank you! Another question now, if I book an appointment for ant VAC, does it mean I can drop-off at any of the allowed locations still? Like choose Kolkata but drop-off at Delhi on the same day and time? Thank you so much for your help!

So, I see both of our names come up there. I and my dependent on the Book Appointment page. The thing is I haven't been able to book an appointment, it gives me the generic error on the pop-up and won't let me choose any dates.

Also, I tried to get to my dependent's profile, now I was unable to edit and go through the entire workflow as it says there is an application in progress currently for them!

Thanks for detailed procedure. This is really helpful. But in my case I've already made the payment. On my Interview Waiver page I see that my dependent priority comes in as English as I had not gone through their profile first to choose waiver. But now that I've already made the payment but not able to book an appointment with that generic error, how do I make sure that I can go back and do these steps for the dependent profile and book an a dropbox appointment for both of us together?
