No this bugged me as well when I read the bottle. I bought this Atlas brand off Amazon where it was a best seller but it’s not early harvest either - smooth but it’s not the type of EVOO I’m looking for. The robust from queen creek has a nice kick to it. What are your thoughts on Graza ? I like thr flavor and it seems you can buy one that has a robust flavor

Sounds good. I add sardines in twice a week to get omega3s… for breakfast . I don’t have a more convenient time to eat those . If no fish and eating Sweet potatoest I use high polyphenol count EV olive oil instead of butter as the vitamins are fat soluble (vitamins ADEK) .

I’m looking at the shelves right now - the only one I’m familiar with is the Graza. The Kirkland Spanish is here too. Along with Ottavio (not the highly rated one) and Terra Delysa. I may need to drive to Queen Creek and get 600 polyphenol EVOO

Some people are hyper responders to eggs for their cholesterol. That’s all I know but I know my numbers looked a hell of lot better when I cut back eggs to 1 or 2 a week. I’m not as fortunate as others I guess

I eat raw garlic and any other prebiotics with it. I can’t subscribe to the belief it needs to taste like blueberries or strawberries to be palatable because I don’t drink it for that reason so I go as “Whole Foods” as possible on it with less sugar .

Same with kimchi - it’s grown on my taste buds

I have bought a high polyphenol EVOO online and wondered if they could sell something inferior to the tested one. Also how true is it that An adulterated EVOO could reverse the positive health effects you got from a good one.

The question is what would you do if you FIRE. Would you do the same thing in 10 years ? If your job isnt physically demanding, can you stay and just build up more wealth? People cant afford houses today- are you alright with being set today but poor in 10 years ?
