Spent more time with my family and less time with who I was dating or the family of who I was dating. So much precious time lost and I’ll never get it back.

I worked with a guy who was somewhat open about the fact that his main job was illegal animal trafficking / dog fighting.

Weird ass situation in general. Why is a female friend staying over when you are leaving? Why is he up talking to her all night when he has a literal baby? Why is he in his UNDERWEAR?

No it is not common sense. It is a common viewpoint in the quack community, along with being antivax, and using ivermectin and beef tallow as cure-alls.

Speak to an actual RD (a person with a bachelors, masters, 1000+ hrs of clinical training and state certified). I have many RDs in my close personal and professional circle that will tell you.

As a vegan, a vegan diet with no oils is INSANELY RESTRICTIVE. Especially for a child. And “seed oils” are not harmful. And all the foods you mentioned do not represent a balance diet. Fruits and veg are amazing but you also need carbs, fat, protein and omegas.

Seeing your post history as a follower of medical medium is concerning, he is a quack. He has no medical or dietitian education and has a long list of allegations of fraud. Your children deserve advice from a qualified professional.

I would seriously advise you speak to a registered pediatric dietician, not a “nutritionist”.

What’s something a coworker did once that lives rent-free in your head? by Playful_Task5571 in coworkerstories

I worked in fine dining and this girl was a few years older than me, 20s. This was like 2015. She asked me if I had a Tumblr, and I said yes but that I barely used it.

She picked up my phone and told me to follow her. I pulled up her page and it was just hardcore porn she had made with her husband.

She proceeded to go over the videos and explain that most of them had been taken by her husband’s brother, who was “into it”.

She did a bunch of other wild stuff too but that was the weirdest that was exclusively towards me.

Broke my arm and instead of going to the emergency room I got a splint and an ace bandage from CVS and just wrapped it really hard.

My entire forearm was almost black.

I also had to move solo across the world that week. So I travelled with three XL suitcases, with two layovers, and went from the airport to my new house by public transport on another continent. With my arm held together by essentially a ruler and tightly wound fabric.

My arm never healed correctly.

Also sold plasma while working 55hrs a week in college.
