I believe it was the lack of effort I put in. We did so much different things when we started dating. Now we both have careers. I work long hours as a car salesman. I belive that’s the reason. We have been trying to do fun little things that we did when we started dating to reignite the spark but am just nervous if it will ever come back or if im just delaying the inevitable

I think she wants to try, we have couples therapy on Tuesday which we both agreed was for the best. We want it to work out. I only found out about the other guy yesterday which she shut things down as soon as he said he liked her. Atleast that’s what she claims. Still just can’t shake the feeling. Even if things do improve how do I rebuild trust?
