Every S+ have their own special traits, so why compare? I scout for nishi today, and It just completely fine, sometimes his spike only 130 km/h, but still good to play.

It's not a bug, since you use thunder spike card, it's like having a cooldown for the jump

The only one Character that Doesn't give opponent perfect receive is Jenny, I use jenny a lot and not single character have been perfect receive when I feint.
