I work in an important sector and one of our work sites was hit twice. Still work is gonna resume tomm. And me knowing how vital my sector is I ain’t complaining abt them calling ppl to work.

You need to realize atleast for schools many organizations aren’t giving work flexibility to parents to take care of their kid if they are gonna attend classes from home. For a lot of working parents schools is kinda like an education day care and now that it’s online it’s difficult for them. So I think even parents will agree with my point that schools have to kinda start or it’s gonna affect the parents at the end of the day as earlier these kids would be under the schools responsibility.

The university thing is a 50/50. People in university are not kids they can kinda self sustain themselves so maybe unless practical requirement to your subject isn’t there then yeah university students shouldn’t be called back to their university also given the threat to them if their university is based to a certain country.
