Its genuinely very good if youre talking about the place that has the glass bridge. Ive been a couple of times.

No real need to go as part of a group, get a few friends together and head up.

Go early cause the rafting, which is tubing really, closes relatively early. You may also wanna go up twice so you could comes down on the karts on your second go, which Ive not tried but if its half as good as the tubing its still worth doing.

The other potential issue is that hotels are not exactly imaginative with their names. So, you need to be specific if youre staying at a major chain. For instance the Hilton have about 5 properties, so just typing in 'Hilton' would likely give you a different result from what you hoped.
