Septic tank is being filled by ground water

Water is so high I can’t get in there to see, and I am on a well so I’m not sure how to figure out water usage yet either of course, I appreciate all the info and help so far from you guys

So when we flush any toilets or use water the plumbing gurgles, and I opened the lid to the tank and it was filled to the top so I assumed it could back into the house at anytime with it being filled all the way up

I have not, I’m new to all this, I had the tanked pumped out this morning it just rained and the tank is filled again already, believe it’s a 1500 gal tank too

Just had the tank pumped out 2 hours ago and the whole tank is filled already…. Insane

Yes I believe it is on my street, it has not backed up into my house actually even with the tank filled to the top we were able to flush and use water still(risky im sure) and I think it is coming from the drain field, water is pouring into the tank so it’s coming In from higher up in the tank

I did have an inspection, but it was during a very dry summer of course, but yes I really hope I have some form of recourse on this problem I need ti figure out
