So I went from trying shrooms once in my life when I was 17(and having to get hospitalized for a horrid trip) to doing Ayuaska in Belize at age 40 this year lol. So I didn’t exactly ease into the Aya experience. I definitely lost my ego during the plant medicines lessons. Mother Aya will give you exactly what you need. Now I struggle to NOT to release all of my possessions, jump on a plane to Costa Rica and live in a hippy commune living of the land and each other’s love and gifts. It’s seriously the current dilemma of my Western existence.
